Shipping and Exchange Policy

SHIPPING

 

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received.

Yellow Bird Wholesale (“Yellow Bird”) offers free shipping on all online orders over $1000.00.

Certain items including but not limited to; dispensary packaging items, lighters, liquids, chargers, and butane do not qualify towards the total dollar amount applicable for free shipping. Such items will be inapplicable towards the shipping minimum and will not be counted towards the total amount of an order for determining whether free shipping is qualified. Yellow Bird reserves the right to label any product as inapplicable towards the total amount applicable for free shipping.

Our free shipping excludes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories abroad.

NOTE: Extra shipping charges may be incurred for shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories abroad. Any larger shipments, being shipped via LTL, requiring pallets or a larger capacity of space may incur additional fees.

 

EXCHANGES

Yellow Bird does not accept exchanges of the merchandise unless such merchandise is damaged or defective. All exchanges must be UNUSED, UNCONTAMINATED, and in original packaging. ***Yellow Bird will accept exchanges at our own discretion. 

All damaged products or order discrepancies must be reported to Yellow Bird within Ten (10) days of your receipt of the merchandise. If your product is damaged, please follow the details below on exchanging damaged merchandise.

Yellow Bird reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and may modify the discounted bill so that it reflects the full purchase price for items on the invoice that are not returned. (Yellow Bird reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and re-bill an order based on the actual volume of merchandise kept.)

Damaged Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order please inspect all items carefully. If the box appears to be damaged, please have the delivery driver sign the packing slip or invoice, indicating the outer box was delivered damaged, and take photographs PRIOR to opening the package. 

If the shipment packaging is exposed or severely damaged, you are REQUIRED to take a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip to make any return after the point of delivery.

Please be advised that once shipments have been accepted, all products contained in that shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory unless a product arrived in damaged condition and the product’s condition was not reasonably apparent prior to acceptance.

To initiate an exchange for damaged items please use the form on this page or contact our Customer Care team via email at Yellowbirdwholesale@gmail.com, within 10 business days of receiving the product.

All exchanges must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories intact. No exchanges of used products or partial boxes can be made.

Please include in your email: 

  • Photographs of the damaged item and the box it came in.

  • The original order invoice number

  • The item number or name

  • Any other information we may need to process your claim.

Upon approval of your return, Yellow Bird will issue a replacement or exchange.

Cancellation
All canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of whether or not the order has been shipped. The 25% restocking fee is applicable to all orders, including, but not limited to, orders agreed to via the website, email, or verbally.


Change of Address and Incorrect Address

Any addresses submitted incorrectly will be charged a $25.00 charge for corrections/re-shipment. Please note- any changes made to an address in transit will delay the packages.

Please be advised there will be a 25% restocking fee for all C.O.D. returned orders after a delivery carrier’s 3rd attempt to deliver and collect payment. This includes, but is not limited to, store owners and/or employees declining delivery, delivery unavailable due to carrier’s access, or anything else resulting in the shipment being returned to Yellow Bird. The 25% restocking fee is based upon the order’s total procurement amount, including any extra charges and/or shipping fees.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS.

Yellow Bird Wholesale LLC is not responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, theft, damage, or expense of any nature whatsoever (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your violations of local laws.
